How it works
No agency, no fees, one email link. Here is the whole process for both sides.
If you are looking for a flat
- Browse by district, price and size. Every listing shows the district and the monthly rent up front.
- Found one you like? Press "Show contact details". Enter your email and click the link we send you. That is your account; there is no password.
- Email or call the landlord, arrange a viewing, agree the terms between you.
- You can look up a limited number of contacts per day, which keeps the site useful for landlords.
If you are renting out a flat
- Sign in with your email (one click on the link we send).
- Fill in the listing: district, rent, size, rooms, a description, and how you want to be contacted.
- Upload photos. They are resized and stripped of location data automatically.
- Your listing goes live immediately and stays up for 60 days. We email you a week before it expires; renewing is one click.
- Your dashboard shows how many people viewed the listing and how many asked for your contact details.
Staying safe
- View the flat in person before paying anything.
- Never transfer a deposit to someone you have not met, and be wary of anyone who says they are abroad and cannot show the flat.
- Get a written contract. In Hungary a rental contract is normally signed in front of a notary or with two witnesses.
- If a listing looks wrong, report it. We read every report.
